Everything starts in energy form first, the human body is also protected by its own energetic field. Before anything manifests into the body, it can be felt and even seen in the energetic field first. This energy can flow naturally through you when your field is clean. When your energetic field gets cloudy, it creates a stagnation in mind, body, soul.
With the energetic healing, the focus is on bringing the subconscious to the conscious. A wise woman once told me; “everything that is ready to be healed right now, will present itself to you. So trust that you are ready to feel it at this very moment.”
The body is wise when it comes to self-healing, it knows the stories of our hearts, what we have been through and every emotion within. It also tells us a lot, when we are willing to listen, it holds our personal blue print. When we learn to understand the signals of our body, we open ourselves up to endless possibilities of healing the parts we have neglected for so long.
My way of working is always with the intention, to open up a path for your own healing power, so that your body can take its own energy back, feel what needs to be felt and support you and your nervous system in your healing.
