Within the universe that we live in, everything is sound, even stillness is sound because it’s made out of frequencies. How high or how low these frequencies may be, depends on the vibrations.

The human body is created out of more than 70% water, so does the earth planet that we live on, one does not move separately from the other. Water is a good conductor of sound, which allows the frequencies of sound to flow better through you. Through vibrations that are released when you, for example, strike a singing bowl. These vibrations move into the deepest core of our body, and clear the path of our energetic field.

As a dancer, clairaudience person and somebody who has always worked in the music industry, I know that music can be healing. That is, with the use of the right frequencies and intention.

Our voices hold the sacred frequency of our soul, when we speak from a true authentic place we heal ourselves and others.

By truly channelling the tones we resonate with in that moment, may this be humming, chanting, singing even speech. When it comes from the heart, pain can be shifted into medicine and alchemized into pure joy, gratitude and wisdom.
